PSJ, derived from PERUMAHAN SATELIT JAYA SDN. BHD. was incorporated in 1989, with its principle activities in property development. The acronym was created to symbolize a common entity that represents all of our affiliates related in property development. Thus, the quest to build a corporate identity begins.
Prior to PSJ GROUP, we had operated under numerous companies which had similar operating activities all of which were manned by the founder and managing director of PSJ Group, Mr. Pang Woon Ping.
PSJ Group has to date, along with its affiliates and subsidiaries completed over 98 projects valued over RM 588 million. Currently, we have 15 projects under construction valued at RM 297.8 million and a further RM 1.73 billion worth of projects down the pipeline for the next 5 years.

Concrete or Stainless Steel fencing, Kitchen cabinet and wet kitchen slab, are what seperate us from other local developers. PSJ Group always delivers on time and sometimes, even in advance. The secret lies within our unique way of construction methods. “Platform System” a modified version of “Raft Footing” which enable us to construct our housing foundation 3 times faster than conventional ground footing and beams. We had been using this system since 1992, therefore we are years ahead compared to other local property contractors. Another reason lies in our patented technology known as PSJ Methodology. Its replaces conventional concrete building framework with custom designed lipped channels. This method enables us to build our framework twice as fast compared to conventional method.
” Your eco-friendly developer” is our corporate slogan introduced in 2009. In-line with our environment friendly construction, we are now moving towards a sustainable development era. In 2010, our property development inches towards 100% wood free construction since replacing the previous roof trusses from timber to Galvanised Iron (GI) roof trusses.
