PSJ Methodology is a new building construction method. It replaces the conventional RE-INFORCED Concrete (RC) Framework with custom designed “Lipped Channel” to accommodate various types of residential buildings. Having spent more than 5 million in Research and Development (R&D) and even risked ou own housing projects, we are proud to introduce to you a more efficient housing construction method which is viable to all housing developers.

PSJ Methodology is particularly suitable for low cost houses, medium low cost houses, single storey terraces, town houses, semi-detached houses and even the upper floors of double or tripple storey houses.
